Also known as She's Chocolate Indulgence Day, this course is designed to deepen your passion for chocolate and to enhance your appreciation for this sacred food of the Gods.
Imagine pouring a kilo of the finest chocolate onto the table and being able to play with it, breath it and taste it! Just one of the many experiences of this day!!

A fascinating journey through the history of chocolate.

The development of a discerning chocolate palette (tasting some of the worlds most expensive chocolate!).

An introduction to the art of tempering couverture chocolate. This involves connecting with our creative centre and then from this place playing with chocolate – tempering, curling, flaking; and getting very chocolatey! Hands, lips, and the bench - the finest chocolate will cover everywhere!!

Participating in the creation of the freshest & finest truffles your palette will ever taste, including hands on dipping and decorating.
