The development of a discerning chocolate palette (tasting some of the worlds most expensive chocolate!).

An introduction to the art of tempering couverture chocolate (each participant will play with tempering a kilogram of the finest Belgian couverture chocolate). This involves spreading, curling, flaking; and getting very chocolatey! Hands, lips, and the bench - the finest chocolate will cover everywhere!!

Participating in the creation of the freshest & finest truffles your palette will ever taste, including hands on dipping and decorating.
