We are committed to ensuring that your chocolates are delivered promptly and in optimum condition.

We work consistently with our couriers to ensure the best possible service:
All orders received by 12.00pm Mon to Thursday will be dispatched that day. Please allow four to five working days for delivery to NZ main centres and a little longer for rural delivery.  International delivery is entirely at the buyers risk - the service being provided as a courtesy to She Chocolat lovers outside NZ; all care is of course taken but we have no control over temperature on overseas shipping.

Orders received on Fridays will be dispatched on the Monday, to ensure they are not sitting in a depot over the weekend.  NZ rural orders from Thursday will be dispatched on the Monday for the same reason.
