'She Chocolate' - the fore-runner to She Chocolat. Back then, each was hand dipped in chocolate! Sometimes twice! These days thousands are lovingly created in our chocolate kitchen (only now we have this amazing machine to 'enrobe' them in chocolate); Sarah still hand pits and fills every one though! She's getting quite quick at it...
