Ingredients:
- 275g's flour sifted twice
- 330g's dark chocolate(56%) melted
- 150g's butter at room temperature
- 1tsp pure vanilla extract
- 300g's Chocolate chunks (all the one type of chocolate, or a mixture of white, milk and dark)
Method
- Beat butter and sugar for at lest five minutes - light and creamy
- Add eggs one at a time and beat into butter and sugar mixture
- Add melted chocolate and beat
- Fold in the flour until there are no white traces
- Fold in the chocolate chunks
Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto baking parchment on baking tray and
bake for 12 minutes at 180 degrees, turning the tray around after 8 minutes.
