Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 275g's flour sifted twice
  • 330g's dark chocolate(56%) melted
  • 150g's butter at room temperature
  • 165g's castor sugar
  • 1tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 300g's Chocolate chunks (all the one type of chocolate, or a mixture of white, milk and dark)

Method
  • Beat butter and sugar for at lest five minutes - light and creamy
  • Add vanilla
  • Add eggs one at a time and beat into butter and sugar mixture
  • Add melted chocolate and beat
  • Fold in the flour until there are no white traces
  • Fold in the chocolate chunks

Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto baking parchment on baking tray and
bake for 12 minutes at 180 degrees, turning the tray around after 8 minutes.
