Imported to New Zealand by George Wallace of Wanaka in the mid 1990s, She's Chocolate Bus has since become an iconic image of Christchurch ..Arriving into a fallen city via Lyttelton Port on the day of the first earthquake in September 2010, the bus has since been engaged in a variety of activities with various organisations in the city and community. It is now a much loved attraction to both young and old - On its side the bus carries the message "Inspiring your love of Life"
On board there's a chocolate cafe set in a 1950s diner style complete with three onboard TV screens - The on board cafe is ideal for events and promotions serving our famous Hot Chocolate drink together with a range of She Chocolat's handmade chocolates - all gourmet and very delicious..
For the Bus spotters out there, the bus is a 1947 London RT Leyland, one of only 3 of its genre which has been fully restored
