Wedding Truffle Towers

'This is truly about capturing
your love in chocolate.'

She Chocolat’s Chocolate Wedding Truffle Tower is a unique personalised creation that replaces the traditional chocolate wedding cake.

This is how it works:
Our master chocolatier will meet with the Bride and Groom over truffles and hot chocolate and from their conversation, will create three styles of chocolates. The first chocolate represents the bride, the second the groom and the third their union. These will be three unique flavours; never created before; and decorated originally. An example is a salted lemon caramel and tequila ganache chocolate, created for a bride and groom who met at a fancy dress party over tequila filled water pistols!!

The chocolate truffle tower is presented with beauty and fineness and is accompanied by a beautiful scroll describing how the essence of the couple has been woven through the creative flavours.

The truffle tower is often

a highlight of the wedding...

'The truffle tower just blew us away. The scroll that Oonagh wrote had everyone in tears. She took the essence of our love and made it into chocolate! What an incredible gift! Thank you from the depths of our hearts.'
- Liz and Tim

‘These are stunning! And I can totally recommend the team at She and their truffle towers - the thought and time which go into each one of these is huge. An hour spent with the wonderful Oonagh will result in you finding out things about yourself you never realise you show - good things - and you'll have an amazing addition to your wedding. And ... they taste incredible!’
