Born from a great love for the finest chocolate experience, it is a sacred alchemy that takes place in our chocolate kitchen every day to hand craft the finest, freshest, most divine chocolate moments for you to enjoy. Our chocolaterie is air-conditioned to ensure these delicate divine chocolates are not compromised due to heat variance or humidity.

The real and the finest in every aspect of She Chocolat.  For us it's about the fine details; for example the chocolate sprinkled on our cappuccino’s, which is flaked lovingly in our chocolate kitchen from the finest Belgian coverture chocolate.  We are continuously searching for new ingredients and offerings from organic teas and boutique beers to environmentally friendly packaging. Everything at She Chocolat is authentic in our uncompromising commitment to superior quality.

Light footprints on the planet.  We are currently undertaking a full carbon neutral program where our endeavour is to minimise our footprint on the planet, this includes environmentally friendly cleaning products, a full recycling program, composting all kitchen waste, sourcing local and seasonal ingredients, environmentally friendly packaging, and buying carbon credits to offset the remaining carbon we generate in the running of She Chocolat.  These carbon credits are used by Landcare to plant trees in the area.
