Booking of all chocolate days, courses and tours
Full payment required upon booking. Full refund (minus any transaction fees incurred) will be available up to 28 days prior to the event - please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Less than 28 days before the event no refund will be given but transfer to a subsequent available course date may be made by phoning 329 9825
One delivery address per order thanks.
At She Chocolat we produce only the freshest and finest of chocolates.
We are unable to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase but we are confident that you will enjoy whichever of our chocolates you choose!
If, under a rare circumstance your chocolate is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
If your chocolate delivery has been damaged in transit or our product is faulty please contact us immediately by emailing email@example.com or phoning (03) 3299 222 so we can provide the appropriate remedy.
Please note that She Chocolat is not responsible if the incorrect delivery address was provided and an order is delayed, returned or damaged as a result.
Should a refund be provided it will be actioned within 7 days and include the courier fee.
We keep our menus update on the website. However as we change the menu seasonally there will be the occasional occurance where the menu shown online when you booked is not the one you see when you arrive as the change took place in between. Please call the restaurant to check this if need be.
VouchersNo change will be given on vouchers that are not fully spent - so please stock up on takeaway chocolate to make up the balance! Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or discount.
Grab One VouchersLet's face it the Grab One vouchers we occasionally offer are amazing deals! We ask that you take responsibility for organizing your booking and don't leave it til the last moment! We recommend that you make your booking with us immediately after purchasing your voucher.
If you have a 'Grab One' meal deal voucher you must make your restaurant booking at least a week in advance and let us know you have a 'Grab One' voucher. It is entirely the voucher holder's responsibility to book in a timely manner so as to avoid disappointment. Be aware that the last few days of the offer always book out. Due to the nature of the deals offered, no extentions will be made to voucher expiry dates, and no refunds will be offered.
