True Truffles

These are the pinnacle of truffle alchemy.  Four very different truffles made from the finest single origin chocolates of Ecuador, Santo Domingo, Papa New Guinea, Madagascar. Each chocolate’s flavour is the story of the cacao bean; where it grew, and it's journey into chocolate. No flavours have been added; the truffle simply showcases the incredible pure tones that the chocolate holds.

These truffles are decorated with ancient sacred Mayan symbols.
